December 16, 2014 : A Dark Day for Peshawar

December 16, 2014 is permanently imprinted in the Pakistanis' minds as a "Black Day."

Taliban militants attacked the Army Public School in Peshawar on that infamous day and killed 151, out of which 134 were children.

The Attack

The attack began at about 10 o’ clock in the morning because the militants were shooting anywhere in the school. In the process, they invaded an assembly hall where several students had assembled to run a ceremony. The militia took hours before they proceeded to take some of the students and teachers as hostilities.

Pakistanis responded with shock waves that reflected the attack’s far-reaching condemnation by politicians, civil society, and the public in general. The government clamped down on the militants in response to the attack; operations against the Taliban by the military followed suit.

Today’s Souvenir December 16th is the "Black Day" of Pakistan on the account of the Massacre in Peshawar School. This day is being organized to perform ceremonies, rallies, and memorial services for the lives lost of the students and teachers.

Conclusion

This was disgusting terrorism that tore the nation in two halves. December 16, 2014 will always stand on the record books and will always shine in its glory for reminding Pakistan a rainy day due to Pakistan’s loss, where that day’s result left them all crying after losing innocent citizens.
