Health and wellness are life’s two sides.
One state defined from all those aspects is holistic :
It encompasses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of being. Within a world where this is the pace of life, in such a lane a person would lose his direction; which defines these healthiness.
The Four Dimensions of Health and Wellness
1. Physiological Health :
Healthy food provided to the body, the body exercises and rests.
2. Psychological Health :
Building the psyche through mindfulness, self-care, and stress management.
3. Psychological Health :
Empathy building with people, other humans to establish meaningful relationships, to have emotional intelligence.
4. Spiritual Health :
Ties of value or reason with life and connections to the world that we live on.
